These Terms and Conditions define the terms of use for the website www.aleui.com. Please read the terms carefully before using the website. Your use of any part of the website constitutes your full acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions including collection and use of your user information according to related policies. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to be updated with the most recent terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Website www.aleui.com is owned by Aleksandra Zivanovic Popovic PR, Brankova 11, Belgrade, Serbia, tax identification number: 110837154 and registration number: 65028956 (hereinafter the Company), and its purpose is the sales of the products presented on the website. Company operates by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and these terms and conditions are in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. The user of the website will be referred to as the Customer.

Customers have the option for registration on the website. If chosen, registration requires the user data made available (e.g., name, email, address, phone number and other) to the Company. According to these terms Customer guarantees that data provided is correct, accurate and complete. Data for logging into the user account on the website must be chosen as well (username and password). The Customer is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the password chosen for the website. Minors are not allowed to register on the website. The Customer may require its user data to be completely deleted from the website, and the Company has 14 days to remove all the user data from the website and its databases upon receiving the request. Company reserves the right to use user data for marketing purposes (see Privacy policy).

Certain content, products and services available on the website may include materials from third-parties.  Third-party links on this website may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We don`t have any responsibility for any third-party`s materials, websites, products or services. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

All the contents on the website, unless stated otherwise, is the intellectual property of the Company and any use of website content is prohibited in any form, partially or in whole, without prior official written consent from the Company.

The Company tries to present all the product information as accurate as possible and best describes the products. The Company cannot be held responsible if the photos, shapes, or colors are not reproduced on the Customers screens in the same way as in reality. Also, the Company cannot be held liable if, in the Customer’s view, the product information does not adequately describe the product.

Purchasing

The Customer must be at least 18 years old in order to place the order on this website. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

By ordering the product(s) from the website the Customer states the will to conclude a Purchase Agreement with the Company on the purchase of ordered product(s). The Company accepts the order and considers a Purchase Agreement concluded upon receiving the full payment for the order including the shipping costs if applicable. Upon receipt of the order, the Company will send the confirmation of receipt of the order to the Customer by email as soon as possible. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, Customer agrees to communicate with the Company electronically by email regarding everything related to the order, purchase, delivery or returns.

All the important characteristics of the products are clearly stated on the product page of the website. Each product has clearly stated sales price. For Customers ordering to Serbia, sales price is in Serbian dinars (РСД), and for all the other Customers, sales price is in EUR.

The Company reserves the right to reject and cancel any order for any reason. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel order(s) that appear to us to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, discontinue any product, or change prices for our products without notice.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Shipping, delivery and customs fees

Once the order has been confirmed and accepted by the Company, the Company will ship the order as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of the order acceptance. The shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery address and delivery options chosen (e.g., standard or express delivery). The shipping cost will be clearly presented to the Customer before completing the order. Transport insurance cost is the responsibility of the Company.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery option chosen. The Customer will be informed about typical delivery times for orders, but the Company does not take responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the transport company, weather conditions, customs procedures etc.

All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. If the delivery address is not in Serbia, your order may be subject to import fees, duties, and taxes of the destination country. The Company is not aware of all the customs regulations and is not responsible for paying these fees, duties, and taxes. Customs fees, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details. It is Customers’ responsibility to pay these fees, duties, and taxes if they are applicable. The Company may reject the return rights to the Customer if not paying fees, duties, and taxes is the reason for return.

Return policy

The Customer has the right to return the purchased products and withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, for any reason (except for the reasons of not paying customs fees, duties, and taxes and/or delays in delivery not caused by the Company), within 14 days of the proven delivery date.

To be able to return the products and withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, the Customer is obliged to send a request to the Company within 14 days of the proven delivery date. You can download the required request form here.

The request for Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement may be sent by email to the following address:  customercare@aleui.com or by post. The date of return request will be considered the date of sending the required request. If the Customer does not receive an email from the same address stating the confirmation of email reception within 3 days, Customer is required to immediately contact the website by any means to verify the reception of the email. Once the Customer has received the Withdrawal request authorization, product(s) can be returned. Company will not accept the returned order without a Withdrawal request authorization.

Purchased products must be returned unused and undamaged in the same conditions they were received, with all the original tags, labels and packaging. In case the products are returned in conditions that are not the same as the received goods, the Company may reject the return of the purchased product(s), and send the product back to the Customer.

Customer has the right for refund of the returned product(s). The refund amount will be reduced for the shipping costs. In case of wire transfer payment option, the refund will be reduced for the wire transfer costs. Customer will receive the refund using the same payment method that was used while purchasing. If Customer wants the other refund method it must be communicated to and agreed with us using email address customercare@aleui.com. The refund will be processed once the returned product(s) are received from the Customer and inspected by the Company. The Customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of refund.

Company is not responsible for returning the costs of customs duties and taxes that Customer might have paid in their country. The shipping cost of returning product(s) is Customer’s responsibility.

We only offer an exchange on defective or incorrect products. Customer is required to contact customercare@aleui.com for further instructions if they think they have received a defective item or incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving the items.

Privacy Policy

The Company is fully devoted to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and Customers. We will not disclose information about our Customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product(s) to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.

If you provide us with your credit card information, this information is encrypted and securely stored. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If you have made a purchase from our store, we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via email. You will have the possibility to unsubscribe from these at any time.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
